【摘要】 目的 :探讨减少川崎病发生冠状动脉病变的治疗方法。方法 :用清营活血汤 (自拟 )结合西药治疗川崎病 32例。观察临床表现的消失时间和冠状动脉病变的发生率。结果 :清营活血汤结合西药治疗川崎病 ,冠状动脉病变发生率为 15 .6 % ,纯西药组 5 0 % ,有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而临床表现的消退时间无明显差异性。结论 :清营活血汤对减少川崎病发生冠状动脉病变有显著的治疗和预防作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the therapeutic methods of how to reduce the occurrence of pathological changes in coronary artery that caused by Kawasaki disease. Methods: We used Qingying Decoction for activating blood circulation and Western medicine to treat Kawasaki disease on 32 cases. Then we observed the die-out time of the clinical menifetation and the incidence rate of occurrence of pathological changes in coronary artery.Results: One group that treated the with both Qingying Decoction for activating blood circulation and Western medicine got its incidence rate 15.6%, and at the same time the other group that treated only with Western medicine got its incidence rate 50%, so there is a obvious difference( P<0.05)in the incidence rate, while the die -out time of the clinical menifetation of the two groups didn’t have such a obvious difference. Conclusion: Qingying Decoction for activating blood circulation has obvious therapeutic and preventative function in reducing the occurrence of pathological changes in coronary artery that caused by Kawasaki disease.更多还原
