【摘要】 目的 :探讨端粒酶在食管癌组织中表达的情况。方法 :采用免疫组织化学染色的方法检测端粒酶在食管癌组织中的表达。结果 :端粒酶在食管癌组织中表达的阳性率为 6 6 .0 7%( 37/ 5 6 ) ,端粒酶的表达与食管癌淋巴结有无转移的相关性不明显 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而与食管癌的分化程度有明显的相关性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :在食管癌组织中端粒酶普遍表达更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the significance of the expression of telomerase in esophageal cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemistry is used to detect the expression of telomerase in esophageal cancer. Results: The positive rate of telomerase in esophageal cancer was 66.07%(37/56). The expression of the telomerase has no evident relevance to esophageal cancer lymph node, whether it has transfer or not; but it has evident relevance to esophageal cancer differentiation degree. Conclusion: The positive expression of telomerase were found in the expression of telomerase in esophageal cancer.更多还原
