【摘要】 目的 :分析冠心病患者冠状动脉介入治疗的并发症发生率、发生原因和防治措施。方法 :应用回顾性调查的方法对在本院心内科于 2 0 0 2 .9～ 2 0 0 4 .5月完成冠心病介入治疗 371例的主要并发症进行统计分析。结果 :我科进行冠状动脉介入治疗共 371例 ;总并发症发生率5 .12 % ,冠状动脉痉挛 1.6 2 %、急性闭塞 0 .2 7%无再流 1.0 8% ,室颤 0 .2 7%、冠状动脉夹层1.35 %、支架内急性血栓形成 0 .5 4%等。结论 :随着经验的积累和介入器械的改进 ,介入治疗并发症发生率降低 ,但仍应引起介入医师的重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the complication rate 、cause of disease and prophylactico-therapeutic measure by analyzing 371 cases of interposition therapy for coronary heart disease. Methods: We counted and analyzed 371 cases of interposition therapy for coronary heart disease in our hospital from 2002.9 to 2004.5 with retrospective analysis method. Results: For these 371 cases patients, the complication rate was 5.12%, coronary spasm rate was 1.62%, acute coronary occlusion rate was 0.72%, no-reperfusion rate was 1.08%,ventricular fibrillation rate was 0.27%, coronary interlayer rate was 1.35%, acute thrombosis in stand was 0.54%. Conclusion: We should pay more attention to the complication of interposition therapy for coronary heart disease, though we had more experience on it and more advanced appliance.更多还原
