【摘要】 目的 :探讨心律平和稳心颗粒联合治疗复杂性室性早搏的效果。方法 :对照组采用心律平 15 0mg ,每日 3次 ;观察组采用心律平 15 0mg ,每日 3次 ,稳心颗粒 1袋 ,一日 3次 ,两组均是 14d为一个疗程。结果 :观察组有效率为 91.4 3% ,1例出现Ⅱ°～Ⅰ型房室传导阻滞 ,对照组有效率为 6 5 .71% ,3例出现Ⅱ°或Ⅲ°房室传导阻滞。结论 :心律平和稳心颗粒联合应用治疗室性早搏明显优于单一应用心律平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of complex ventricular tratment by means of combining hydrochloride and wenxinkeli.Methods:The patients control group were treated by hydrochloride 150mg, 3 times per day;The patients in observation group were treate by hydrochloride 150mg,3 times per day ,and additional one bag of wenxinkeli, 3 times per day.14 days were a treatment course for both groups. Results: The effectiveness rate in observation group was 91.43%,one patient had Ⅱ°～ⅠAVB, Correspondingly the effectiveness was 65.71% in control group and 3 patients had Ⅱ°～ⅠAVB. Conclusion:The ventricular treatment with combining hydrochloride and wenxinkeli is obviously better than that of only applying hydrochloride.更多还原
