【摘要】 目的 :探讨营养不良性贫血时血清甲状腺激素水平的变化。方法 :应用放射免疫分析法 ,检测 2 5例营养不良性贫血患者血清T3、T4 、FT3、FT4 、TSH水平 ,并与对照组相比。结果 :营养不良性贫血组血清T3、FT3值明显下降 ,与对照组相比 ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,且T3、FT3值与贫血程度相关。结论 :营养不良性贫血患者存在低T3综合征 ,可能是机体对低能量消耗的一种适应性反应 ,无需甲状腺激素治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the changes of serum levels of thyro-oxyindoles with malnourished anemia.Methods:The levels of T 3、T 4、FT 3、FT 4、TSH were detected by radio-immunoassary in 25 patients with malnourished anemia and compared with those of the normal control group.Results:The levels of T 3、FT 3 in 25 patients were lower than those of the normal control group(P<0 .01),and the levels of T 3、FT 3 were related with the severity of anemia.Conclusion:The patients of malnourished anemia may have syndrome with lower T 3. It may be a kind of adapable reaction to the lower energy consumption,which needn’t therapy with thyro-oxyindoles.更多还原
