【摘要】 目的 :探讨GST -π在乳腺癌中的表达及意义。方法 :采用免疫组化的方法对GST-π在 4 7例乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义进行研究。结果 :GST -π总的阳性率为 6 1.70 %(2 9/ 4 7) ,在浸润性导管癌、单纯癌、髓样癌中的阳性率分别为 6 2 .0 6 %、83.33%、5 0 .0 0 %。GST -π在乳腺癌中的表达与年龄、病理学类型及淋巴结转移无明显相关性。结论 :GST -π在乳腺癌中的表达率较高 ,且与耐药有关 ,应重视对乳腺癌中GST -π表达的检测 ,以便优化化疗方案更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of GST-πin Breast carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemsty was used to detect the expression of of GST-πin Breast carcinoma. Results:The total positive rate of GST-π was 61.70%(29/47),in Breast carcinoma ,and:the respective positive rates of GST-π was 62.06%、83.33%、50.00% in infiltrative ductal carcinoma, carcinoma simplex and medeallary carcinoma.It had no realation with age pathology type and lymph nodes matastasis of Breast carcinoma (P>0.05) Conclusion: The positive rate of GST-π is high in Breast carcinoma and clinically has an important guiding significance in the chemotherapy because of its drug resistance.更多还原
