综合治疗联合简易床边连续性血液滤过抢救多脏器功能障碍综合征的临床研究
Clinical study of the effect of simple bedside continuous veno-venous hemofiltration on patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome
【摘要】 目的观察综合治疗联合简易床边连续性静静脉血液滤过(CVVHF)抢救多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)的临床疗效,研究其在急诊ICU和基层医院的实用性。方法对9例多脏器功能障碍患者,在综合治疗基础上,采用不连机方式,个体化配制置换液,于床边进行连续性血液滤过共13例次,观察各项临床指标的变化。结果所有病例心衰和酸中毒改善,临床指标尤其总二氧化碳和血氧饱和度有较明显改善。结论综合治疗联合简易床边CVVHF是抢救MODS的一种安全有效的手段,适合急诊ICU和基层医院开展。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of simple bedside continous veno-venous hemofiltration (CVVHF) on the elderly with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) Methods 9 cases with MODS were treated by free online CVVHF, besides combined therapy, and clinical objects were observed before and after the treatment Results Heart failure and acidosis was improved in all the patients;The serum total CO 2(TCO 2) and arterial blood oxygen saturation(SaO 2) was significantly increased Conclusion Simple bedside CVVHF can provide a safe and effective method for the MODS patients in emergency ICU and primary hospital [
