【摘要】 该文分析了我国在政治文明建设方面的现状 :虽有重大阶段成果 ,但仍表现出制度优越性发挥不够、保障人权的法制不够健全、保障民主的机制不够完善、经济基础发展不平衡 ,以及参与性民主有待提高等缺陷。并阐述了只有通过进一步完善制度、扩大民主监督、充分发扬党内民主、大力提高民众政治文化水平、迅速发展基层民主以及吸纳人类政治文明成果等基本途径 ,才能早日实现建设社会主义政治文明的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation of political civilization in China. Although noticeable achievements have been obtained in this field, there are some weak points, the unsoundness of legal system for human rights guarantee, the imperfect mechanism of democracy guarantee, the imbalance of economical development as well as democratic participation. The paper also makes clear that the goal of socialist political civilization can be achieved early by consummating the legal system, stressing democratic surveillance, developing democracy inside the Party, raising the political and cultural level of the public, developing democracy at busic-level and taking in civilized achievements in human history.更多还原
