【Abstract】 The paper expounds the problems in editing specifications of comprehensive journals of colleges and universities, analyzes the contradiction of the three kinds of editing criteria. The State Press Bureau should take the charge of summing up the criteria that have been proved to be practicable in the three and making up a new set of editing criteria that are feasible for comprehensive journals in colleges and universities.
