基于数字图像处理的位移测量
Displacement measuring based on digital image processing
【摘要】 对于位移测量,有成千上万种测量方法,随着科技的发展,非接触式的测量方法特别是非接触的光学测量方法尤其受到科学家们的重视。通过结合光学测量和数字图像处理的思路,详细介绍了sobel算子工作的数学原理和位移计算公式,并利用MATLAB软件通过sobel算子对单向拉伸(或压缩)夹头局部图像进行边缘检测,从而进一步进行位移计算,所得计算结果与电测法所得的位移数值相比较,证实了基于数字图像处理位移测量的精确性。
【Abstract】 Nowadays numerous measuring methods are used to confirm displacement measuring. With the development of science and technology, untouched measuring methods, especially untouched optics measuring method is concerned by many scientists. The mathematics principles of sobel operator and displacement measuring formula are introduced in detail through combining optics measuring with digital image processing, furthermore, through using sobel operator MATLAB software is applied to make a marginal detection on local photo of the unilateral-stretch collet (or unilateral-compression collet). Afterward calculation of displacement is carried out, and results of calculation are compared with values of displacement by electric measuring ,the results of displacement measuring based on digital image processing have a very high accuracy.
