SBR法基质降解动力学过程研究

【摘要】 SBR法自问世以来在水处理领域已经得到了广泛的应用,然而,迄今为止,对SBR法工艺设计中各基本参数的选用和确定仍然凭经验或参照连续流系统的设计方法,文中总结了SBR法的工作原理和特点,对SBR法的基质降解动力学过程进行了分析与讨论,推导出了基质降解过程的动力学模式,提出了反应动力学参数的求定方法,并选取某办公大楼日常生活污水的处理过程为研究对象,通过设计合理的实验装置和运行方式,利用试验结果对动力学关系式进行了回归分析,求定了该类污水的动力学参数,为应用SBR法处理此类污水提供了设计依据和运行参数。

【Abstract】 SBR process has been widely applied in water-treatment area since it came into being, but its parameters are practically chosen or referred to CFS in design. In this paper, SBR’s working principles and characteristics are comprehensively summarized, and the kinetics of SBR’s substrate degradation are analyzed and discussed. It deduces the reaction kinetics-model, and presents the determination method of the kinetic parameters. In the research, the wastewater of a certain office-building was chosen as research object, with reasonable experiment equipments and operation method designing, the researchers defines its kinetic parameters through regression analysis of the kinetic formula on the basis of experiment, and provides the design methods and the operation parameters of SBR in treating such kind of wastewater.
