CuMn复合氧化物及稀土助剂对VOCs催化燃烧性能的研究

【摘要】 研究了Cu-Mn复合氧化物加入稀土后对VOCs的催化燃烧性能,制备了三种类型的非贵金属氧化物催化剂:两种为Cu-Mn复合氧化物中加入一定量的稀土氧化铈所制成的催化剂,另一种为不加稀土Cu-Mn复合氧化物催化剂。以气相色谱为检测手段,用常压连续催化燃烧装置考察了这三种催化剂对甲苯、苯、二甲苯的催化燃烧性能。发现加入稀土后转化率达到99%时的反应温度降低30~50℃,具有更好的低温活性,并明显提高了催化燃烧反应的速率。

【Abstract】 Three catalyst samples of CuMn complex oxide were prepared, two with certain quantity of rare earth cerium oxide, one without. The performance of the three catalysts was studied in the catalytic combustion of volatile organic compounds (benzene, toluene and p-xylene) via the Gas Chromatogram analysis. It was found that the catalysts of CuMn complex oxide with cerium oxide had higher activity in lower temperature by 30 to 50 ℃, at which 99% conversion was achieved. The reaction rate of the catalytic combustion increased obviously.
