感应加热工件内电磁场计算及其有限元模拟

【摘要】 根据感应加热机理,从麦克斯韦方程组出发,导出了长柱形导体感应加热工件内电磁场和涡流密度分布的基本方程。借助MATLAB和ANSYS软件进行了电磁场和涡流分布计算,形象描述了感应加热中的电磁场分布规律及集肤效应。计算结果表明,有限元解与理论解吻合得较好,为进一步理解感应加热工件内电磁场和涡流分布提供了很好的依据。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a mathematical modal is developed to describe the distribution of electromagnetic field and eddy current density in the long solid cylinder billet of induction heating by Maxwell’s equations, according to the mechanism of induction heating. Moreover, the figures of the electromagnetic and eddy current density are obtained with the help of MATLAB and ANSYS software. The skin effect and the distribution of electromagnetic field are described clearly in induction heating. The results show that the finite element analysis results inosculate with the result of theory very well.
