【摘要】 目的　总结塑料套环包皮环切术治疗小儿包茎的经验。方法　对 1994～ 2 0 0 4年行塑料套环包皮环切术治疗小儿包茎 10 0 0例进行回顾性分析。结果　 10 0 0例小儿塑料套环包皮环切术术后效果良好。套环脱落时间最长 13d ,最短 8d ,平均 9 5d。脱落后切缘整齐 ,外形美观。并发包皮感染 3例 ,套环脱落 4例 ,包皮撕裂 3例 ,包皮环嵌入冠状沟 2例 ,阴茎头出血 1例 ,尿潴留 1例。结论　小儿塑料套环包皮环切术具有手术时间短 ,不出血或出血极少 ,组织创伤小 ,并发症少 ,患儿痛苦小 ,切缘整齐美观 ,术后护理方便 ,手术简单易于推广等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate plastibell circumcision for the treatment of phimosis in children.Methods A retrospectively study was carried out for 1000 cases of phimosis in children undergone plastibell circumcision in recent 10 years.Results The postoperative effect was satisfied in all of the patients.The average shedding time of plastibell was 9.5 days(range 8 to 13 days).After defluxion,the cutted edge was regular,and the outline was beautiful.The surgical complications included inflammation of foreskin in three,defluxion of plastibell in four,laceration of foreskin in three,plastibell insetting into coronary sulcus in two,haemorrhage of glans penis in one,and urinary retention in one.Conclusion The plastibell circumcision was a good alterative for phimosis in children.更多还原
