【摘要】 目的　总结儿童常见乳腺疾病的临床表现和诊治经验。方法　对 179例儿童乳腺疾病进行分类、统计。结果　儿童乳腺疾病恶性肿瘤罕见 ,炎性疾病、乳腺畸形、乳腺肥大、良性肿瘤系主要疾病。非乳腺外科医师对儿童期乳腺疾病了解、掌握较少 ,误漏诊较多。结论　相关医师应重视儿童乳腺疾病的临床表现和诊治原则 ,以减少误诊、漏诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical manifestation,diagnosis and therapy about children common mastopathy.Methods Classify and count 179 children mastopathy cases.Results There are few cases about the breast malignant tumor,while inflammatory disease,breast deformity,hypermastia and benign tumor are major cases.Except the breast surgeon,other doctors know so little about the mastopathy that they often make a wrong diagnosis.Conclusion Related doctors should attach importance to the clinical appearance and diagnosis priniples of the children mastopathy.So that we can reduce wrong cases.更多还原
