【摘要】 目的　探讨P 糖蛋白 (P gp)和胎盘型谷胱甘肽 S 转移酶 (GST π)在胃腺癌中表达与临床意义。方法　应用免疫组织化学技术 ,检测 86例胃腺癌中P gp和GST π多药耐药的表达。 结果　 86例胃腺癌中P gp和GST π表达的阳性标记与胃腺癌临床化疗的相关性。 结论　P gp和GST π联合表达与胃腺癌化疗密切相关 ,检测P gp和GST π对胃腺癌化疗方案的制定具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss clinical significance of P gp and GST π expression in the carcinoma of stomach.Methods Immunity histochemistry was used to measure P gp and GST π expression in carcinoma of stomach which be able to bear or endure manifold medicine of 86 cases.Results Positive sign of P gp and GST π in the carconoma of stomach relate to the clinical effection of durg.Conclusion P gp and GST π united exprese in carcinoma of stomach is warfare pertinent to the clinical effection of drug.Measure the level of P gp and GST π is significant to cure carcinoma of stomach.更多还原
