【摘要】 目的　探讨IL 4与慢性前列腺炎发生发展的关系。方法　采用ELISA法检测 6 4例慢性前列腺炎患者和 5 2例前列腺正常男性血清IL 4含量。结果　慢性前列腺炎患者血清IL 4含量 ( 2 6 6± 0 86 )ng/ml,较正常对照组 ( 0 14± 0 0 7)ng/ml高 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论　IL 4可能在慢性前列腺炎发生发展过程中起到一定作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between serum IL 4 level and chronic prostatitis.Methods Serum level of IL 4 in 64 patients with chronic prostatitis and 52 healthy controls were analyzed by competitive enzyme immunoassay.Results Serum level of IL 4 was significantly higher in patients with chronic prostatitis (2.66±0.86)ng/ml than that in healthy controls (0.14±0.07)ng/ml(P<0.01).Conclusion Serum level of IL 4 elevated in patients with chronic prostatitis and positively correlated with the progression of chronic prostatitis.更多还原
