【摘要】 目的　探讨光量子化的丹参液治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法　对 134例脑梗死患者 ,随机分 :A组用低分子右旋糖酐、丹参等常规药物治疗 4 2例、B组加用光量子化的葡萄糖液治疗 4 5例、C组用光量子化的丹参葡萄糖液治疗 4 7例 ,根据脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分进行疗效观察。结果　总有效率分别为A组 6 6 7% ( 2 8/ 4 2 )、B组 77 8% ( 35 / 4 5 )、C组 89 4 % ( 4 2 / 4 7) ,C组较A、B组疗效更显著 (P <0 0 1)。结论　经光量子化的丹参葡萄糖液治疗脑梗死较单用光量子液或丹参的疗效更加显著更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of photons radix salviae miltiorrhizae lianid treatment on cerebral infarction.Methods 134 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into three groups:Group A(42 cases) was treated with Dextran40 and radix salviae miltiorrhizae.Group B(45 cases) was treated with radix salviae miltiorrhizae and photons dextrose liquid.Group C(47 cases) was treated with radix salviae miltiorrhizae and photons radix saviae minltiorrhizae dextrose liquid.The trealmnt effect of the neurological funcion was evaluated.Results The overall effective rate of groups A,B and C was 66.7%,77.8% and 89.9%.The patients of group C have the most evident clinic efficacy(P<0.01).Conclusion The photons radix salviae miltiorrhizae lianid is more effective than photons lianid or radix salviae miltiorrhizae in treatment of cerebral infarction significant.更多还原
