【摘要】 目的　观察应用张力带钢丝内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法　对我院自 1995年 1月至2 0 0 3年 10月采用张力带钢丝内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位 38例 ,随访平均 1年 3个月 ,按优、良、差标准评定疗效。结果　优 31例 ,占 81 5 % ,良 7例 ,占 18 4 % ,无一例出现并发症 ,均获得满意疗效。结论　张力带钢丝内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位 ,具有固定牢固 ,能早期功能锻炼。操作简单易行 ,副损伤小 ,疗效肯定更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observe the curative effect of dislocation of acromioclavicular joint treated by means of tension band wire internal fixation.Methods 38 cases were followed up for on average 1 year and 3 months.Results Of all the 38 cases,31 were assessed as “excellent”(covering 81.5%),7 cases as “good”(covering 18.4%).No complication was found.All cases got satisfactory curative effect.Conclusion The treatment for dislocation of acromioclavicular joint by means of tension band wire internal fixation is fast,simple,easy and effective.更多还原
