【摘要】 目的　探讨介入栓塞技术和应用钨弹簧圈治疗颅内动脉瘤的效果。方法　动脉瘤 3例 ,采用Seldinger插管 ,用钨微弹簧圈为栓塞材料 ,进行动脉瘤瘤体栓塞。 结果　 3例动脉瘤全部闭塞 ,无发生栓塞并发症 ,随访 6个月效果良好。未出现复发及再通现象。结论　应用介入栓塞技术治疗颅内动脉瘤其创伤小 ,见效快 ,安全 ,是惟一较好的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the result of introducing the embolism technique and using the tungsten-spring-ring to cure the arterial tumour in cranium.Methods The study involved 3 cases of arterial tumour in cranium.We used seldinger cannula and micro-spring-ring of tungsten in the embolism treatment.Results These three cases of arterial tumours were plugged up in all-round.No complication concerning the embolism treatment occurred.Followed up visits to the patients for six months showed very good result of the embolism treatment without any recurrance and re-circulation.Conclusion Embolism technique is the only effective way for curing arterial tumour in cranium,which is safe and quick at has very little side effects.更多还原
