【摘要】 目的　研究不同药物联合使用对慢性肾小球肾炎患者肾功能的影响。方法　 113例患者随机分为方案Ⅰ (37例 ,苯那普利 +复方丹参 +百令胶囊治疗 )、方案Ⅱ (37例 ,火把花根片 +复方丹参 +百令胶囊治疗 )和方案Ⅲ (39例 ,火把花根片 +苯那普利 +复方丹参 +百令胶囊治疗 )三组 ,治疗 2年。结果　方案Ⅲ肾功能恶化率显著低于方案Ⅰ和方案Ⅱ (P <0 0 5 ) ,Scr和Ccr显著改善 ,治疗后尿蛋白和Scr的降幅较方案Ⅰ和方案Ⅱ显著 ,Ccr的升幅也优于方案Ⅰ。结论　三个治疗方案中 ,方案Ⅲ对慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效及对肾功能的保护最好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of different therapy programs on the renal function of the patients with chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN).Methods 113 patients with CGN were divided into three groups:program Ⅰ,37 cases,were treated with benazepril,red sage root(RSR) and cordyceps sinensis(CS);program Ⅱ,37 cases,were treated with colquhounia root tablet(CRT),RSR and CS;and program Ⅲ,39 cases,were treated with benazepril,CRT,RSR and CS for two years respectively.Results Depravation rate of program Ⅲ was markedly lower than that of program Ⅰ and program Ⅱ(P<0.05).The seriun creatinine(Scr) and creatinine clearance rate(Ccr) in program Ⅲ became better sharply.The reduction of proteinuria and Scr was significant than that of program Ⅰ and program Ⅱ and the rise of Ccr in program Ⅲ was prior to program Ⅰ.Conclusion In the three programs,program Ⅲ has the best protecting effect on renal function in patients with CGN.更多还原
