【Abstract】 Objective This article was aimed to analyzed the image expression and the factors that affect it of chest abnormality of chronic renal failure(CRF) uraemia.Methods We statistially analyzed 286 cases of chest abnormality X-ray expression caused by CRF uraemia.Results Among the 286 cases,209 cases presented heart image enlargement,pulmonary abnormality 173 cases,thoracic effusion 132 cases.Conclusion Chest abnormality X-ray alteration of chronic renal failure has no characteristic.So synthetical analysis needs to be carried out with clinical disease history of renal failure and experimental examination.There is significant value to improve the diagnostic accuracy of the disease.更多还原
