【摘要】 目的　比较肝癌切除术后门静脉与肝动脉区域化疗对机体的不同影响。方法　对 4 2例原发性肝癌切除术后行肝动脉或门静脉化疗患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果　术后门静脉化疗组的骨髓抑制程度、肝功能损害、胃肠道不良反应均显著低于肝动脉化疗组 ,对细胞免疫的影响小于肝动脉化疗组。结论　经门静脉给药肝脏区域化疗是一种有效且副作用较小的肝癌综合治疗措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the different side effects of hepatic artery chemotherapy and portal vein chemotherapy on patients with liver cancer after surgery.Methods 42 cases were analyzed retrospectively,who underwent local hepatic artery chemotherapy or portal vein chemotherapy for primary hepatocellular carcinoma.Results The bone marrow depression and functional lesion of liver of portal vein chemotherapy were less than those of hepatic artery chemotherapy,and the portal vein chemotherapy had less immuno-suppresion than hepatic artery chemotherapy.Conclusion Portal vein chemotherapy has fewer side effects than that from hepatic artery on patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma.更多还原
