【摘要】 目的　探讨包皮内板在不同尿道成形手术方法中对尿道下裂的疗效 ,观察其皮瓣血循环对手术方法的影响。方法　取包皮内板带血管蒂皮瓣 ,皮瓣的一端与外板相连接 (不切断皮肤 ) ,形成尿道外口 ,另一端游离 ,在形成皮管后与尿道口吻合 ,阴茎皮肤顺势向腹侧旋转 ,覆盖创面后缝合。同时做尿道外口向远端延伸的处理。结果　临床应用 2 3例 ,年龄 2 2个月至 16岁 ,均一次手术成功 ,随访 3～ 10个月 ,临床效果良好。结论　连接包皮外板的带血管蒂包皮内板皮瓣一期治疗尿道外口位于阴茎体部的尿道下裂是一种有效的治疗方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment of hypospadias with pedicled prepuce entoplastron flap in different urethroplasties and to observe the clinical results influenced by the blood supply of the flap.Methods To design pedecled prepuce entoplastron flap.One side of the flap was based on prepuce extraplastron to form the external urethral orifice,and the other free side was anastomosed with urethral orifice.After forming a skin tube,the penis skin was turned to ventral side and sutured to cover the ventral wounds.Urethra extension was performed at the same time.Results 23 patients aged from 22 months to 16 years have been treated successfully with the operation above mentioned.All have been followed up for 3～10 months with satisfactory clinical results.Conclusion Hypospadias with the external urethral orifice at the penis body could be treated first operatively by using the prepuce entoplastron flap pedicled with prepuce extraplastron.更多还原
