【摘要】 目的　观察WHO全球哮喘防治策略 (GINA)方案对 2 6 8例小儿哮喘的治疗效果。方法　对2 6 8例哮喘患儿持续吸入丙酸氟替卡松、间断吸入沙丁胺醇及长期服用抗炎症介质孟鲁司特钠 (顺尔宁 )治疗 ,峰流速仪及肺功能仪监测 ,避免触发因素 ,家庭教育管理等综合疗法跟踪观察 6～ 18个月。结果　总临床控制率为 5 6 % ,显效率 2 2 % ,有效率 16 % ,无效率 6 % ,总有效率为 94 % ;有 90 %的患儿治疗 6个月后最大呼气流速 (PEFR)值大于 90 % ;治疗期间未发现明显的不良反应。结论　GINA方案临床疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of WHO global comprehensive strategy for the management of 268 cases with childhood asthma.Methods The 268 cases of asthmatic children were treated according to the comprehensive protocol,cincluding persistent or intermittent inhalation of beclomethasone and salbutamol and lung function monitoring with lung flow meter,detection and management,etc.All subjects were followed up for 6～18 months.Results The total controlling rate,significant effective rate,effective rate,and uneffective rate were 56%,22%,16% and 6% respectively.Peak expiratory flow rate(PEFR) was more than 90% in 90% asthmatic children after treatment for 6 months.No obvious side-effect was observed during treatment.Conclusion The clinical effects of GINA for the management of asthma are satisfactory.更多还原
