【摘要】 目的　观察伊贝沙坦对高血压病 (EH)病人的疗效及内皮血管活性物质内皮素 1(ET 1)、一氧化氮 (NO)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)和血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)的影响。方法　 6 0例EH病人用伊贝沙坦治疗 8周 ,观察用药前后血ET、NO、CGRP和AngⅡ的变化。 结果　伊贝沙坦治疗EH总有效率为 91 7%。伊贝沙坦治疗后血NO、CGRP浓度均较治疗前显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ,血ET浓度显著下降 (P <0 0 1) ,AngⅡ水平也升高 (P <0 0 1)。结论　伊贝沙坦有较好的降压作用 ,可明显改善EH病人血管内皮功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of irbesartan on essential hypertension(EH) and endothelial vaso-active substances,such as endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRF) and angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ) in blood.Methods 60 cases of EH patients were treated with irbesartan for 8 weeks,the changes in ET,NO,CGRF and AngⅡ in blood were observed.Results A total of 91.7% of EH cases were treated effectively.The concentrations of NO,CGRF and AngⅡ in blood significantly increased after tretament(P<0.01),but the concentration of ET in blood significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion Irbesartan has good action in decreasing blood pressure,it can significantly improve vascular endothelial function of EH patients.更多还原
