【摘要】 目的　监测空腹血浆C肽 (CP)和口服 75 g葡萄糖作葡萄糖耐量试验 (OGTT)时血糖及胰岛素值变化 ,初步探讨妊娠高血压综合征 (妊高征 )与胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法　检测妊高征组 (A组 )、健康妊娠妇女组 (B组 )及健康未孕对照组 (C组 )的空腹血浆CP水平 ,并进行OGTT ,分别检测空腹血糖、服糖后 1h、2h、3h血糖及胰岛素水平。结果　A组空腹血浆CP值明显高于B组 (P <0 0 1)及C组 (P <0 0 1) ,A组In0、In1、In2、In3(分别代表空腹、服糖后 1h、2h、3h胰岛素值 )均明显高于B组 (P <0 0 1)及C组 (P <0 0 1) ;A组胰岛素曲线下面积 (AUC)明显高于B组 (P <0 0 1)及C组 (P <0 0 1) ;A组胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)明显低于B组 (P <0 0 1)及C组 (P <0 0 1)。结论　妊高征病人空腹血浆CP和OGTT时血糖及胰岛素值均增高 ,胰岛素曲线下面积增高 ,胰岛素敏感性指数下降。妊高征病人存在糖代谢障碍 ,可能与胰岛素抵抗存在相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the relationship between pregnancy hypertension symdrome and insulin resistance by measuring fasting plasma CP and blood glucose and insulin level after taking OGTT.Methods We measured plasma CP of pregnancy hypertension syndrome group(group A),healthy pregnancy group(group B) and healthy non pregnancy group(group C) when fasting and at the same time having OGTT respectively,exmained 0h,1h,2h,3h blood glucose and insulin level.Results Group A fasting plasma CP was dramatically higher than group B(P<0.01) and group C(P<0.01);group A insulin 0,insulin 1,insulin 2(meaning fasting,1h,2h,3h insulin level after taking glucose respectirely),were higher than group B(P<0.01) and group C(P<0.01).Group A under the curve of insulin area(AUC) was dramatically higher than group B(P<0.01) and group C(P<0.01).Group A insulin sensitivity index(ISI) was dramatically lower than group B(P<0.01) and group C(P<0.01).Conclusion Pregnancy hypertension syndrome patients have increased fasting plasma CP and blood glucose and insulin levels after having OGTT and under the curve of insulin area and dereased insulin sensitivity index.Pregnancy hypertension syndrome is related to glucose metabolic discord and may have certain correlation with insulin resistance.更多还原
