【摘要】 目的　观察阿托伐他汀对脑梗死病人血脂及载脂蛋白的影响。方法　选取 50例脑梗死合并高血脂症的病人随机分为两组 ,阿托伐他汀组 2 5例 ,10mg/d口服 ;辛伐他汀组 2 5例 ,10mg/d口服。 结果　治疗 3周后两组病人的TC、TG、LDL C、ApoB均有下降 ,阿托伐他汀组各指标的下降幅度大于辛伐他汀组 ,其中LDL C、ApoB的降低幅度两组相比差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5)。 结论　阿托伐他汀是一安全、高效的降脂药物 ,可在短时间内使血脂达标 ,减少脑血管病的危险因素更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo observe the effect s of atorvastatin on blood lipid and apolipoprotein in patients with cerebral in farction.MethodsFifty patients with cerebral infarction and hy perlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(25 cases) was treated with atorvastatin 10mg/d and the control gorup(25 cases) treated wi th cinchotadine 10mg/d.ResultsThe contents of cholesterol(TC), low-density lipoprotein(LDL),triglyceride(TG) and apolipoprotein B(ApoB) in ser um of two groups were reduced after three weeks treatment.The contents of low-d ensity lipoproteins and apolipoprotein B in serum of treatment group were signif icantly decreased compared with control group(P<0.05).C onclusionAtorvastatin may play an important role in reducing the risk of cerebrovascular disease and can reduce blood lipid to normal in a short peroi d.更多还原
