【摘要】 目的　探讨机械吻合在颈段食管中的应用。方法　手术时将全胸段食管切除 ,用上海GF Ⅰ型消化道吻合器 ,经胸腔将颈段食管与胃作端侧吻合。结果　全组病例均一次吻合完成 ,术后无一例出现吻合口瘘 ,亦无乳糜胸或喉返神经损伤等并发症。无手术死亡。随访 3～ 2 6个月 ,未发现吻合口癌复发 ,亦未发现吻合口狭窄。结论　机械吻合具有操作简便、省时、吻合准确可靠、吻合口切缘整齐、钉距均匀等优点。既往多在胸段食管使用 ,通过技术改进 ,颈段食管也可采用机械吻合更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the applic ation of mechanical anastomosis in cervical esophagus.MethodsD uring the operation,the whole thoracic esophagus was resected and GF-Ⅰ digesti ve tract stapler made in Shanghai was used to anastomose the cervical esophagus and the stomach in thorax.ResultsAll the cases were successful ly anastomosed at once.No complications such as anastomotic fistula,chylothorax or recurrent laryngeal nerve impairment occurred.No patient died during the oper ations.The average follow-up period was 3～26 months and no recurrence of anast omotic cancer or the anastomosis narrowing were found.ConclusionThe mechanical anastomosis can be operated easily and timesaving.It results in precise and reliable anastomosis,orderly resecting lines and well-proportioned distances between nails.It has been used on the theoracic esophagus,however,thr ough technical improvements,it can be applied to the cervical esophagus as well now.更多还原
