【摘要】 目的　研究妊娠合并子宫肌瘤病人在剖宫产的同时是否应行肌瘤剔除术。方法　妊娠合并子宫肌瘤产妇 80例在剖宫产的同时行肌瘤剔除 ,与 86例单纯剖宫产的产妇作对照。结果　手术时间、术后 2～ 2 4h出血量、术后病率、术后住院天数 ,肌瘤剔除组与单纯剖宫产组比较差异无显著意义 (均P >0 0 5) ;术时出血量肌瘤剔除组多于单纯剖宫产组 (P <0 0 5) ,其中多发性子宫肌瘤术时出血量多于单个子宫肌瘤剔除(P <0 0 5) ,肌瘤直径≥ 5cm者术时出血量多于直径 <5cm者 (P <0 0 5)。结论　身体状态良好、子宫肌瘤瘤体较大的病人建议在剖宫产的同时行肌瘤剔除术 ,以免再次手术更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study whether my om actomy should be carried out in the pregnant women with hysteromyoma during cesa rean section.Methods Eighty pregnant women with hysteromyoma re ceived myomactomy in the process of cesarean section,which were compared with 86 pregnant women with simple cesarean section.Results There is n o significant difference in operation time,bleeding volume 2～24h after operatio n,occurrence rate after operation,days in patient after operation between myoma ctomy group and simple cesarean section group(P>0.05).Bleeding volume during operation in myomactomy group was significantly larger than that i n simple cesarean section group(P<0.05).Bleeding volume during operation of multiple myomactomy was larger than that of sporadic myomactomy(P<0.05).Bleeding volume was larger when the diameter of tumor was no less than 5cm than when it was less than 5cm(P<0.05).Conclusion For the pregnant women with larger hysteromyoma,myomactomy was recommended in the process of cesarean section to avoid another operation.更多还原
