【摘要】 目的　探索子宫异常出血症的B超声像与病理的关系。方法　对 2 3 2例子宫异常出血病人采用B超检查后做内膜活检 ,对B超显示子宫内膜增厚≥ 5mm或者有异常回声作观察组 ,B超正常为对照组。结果　观察组 190例中病理检查正常 2 1例 (11 0 5% ) ,异常 169例 (88 95% ) ,其中不全流产 3 3例、子宫内膜炎 12例、内膜增生过长及分泌不良 98例、内膜息肉及粘膜下肌瘤 15例、内膜恶性病变 11例。对照组 42例中有 4例 (9 53 % )为不全流产外 ,其余无病理征。结论　B超探查子宫内膜 ,对异常声像作诊刮术进行病理检查是诊断子宫异常出血症较为方便、简捷、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the rela ti onship of endometrial pathologic examination and B ultrasonography in diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 232 patients w ith abnormal uterine bleeding were examined by B ultrasonography firstly and th en endometrial pathologic examination performed.The observation group included t hose had thicker endometium(≥5 mm) or whose ultrasonic echo was abnormal,the ot hers were regarded as controls.Results In the observation group (190 patients),normal endmetrium was found in 21 cases(11.05%) and abnormal endo metrium was found in 169 cases(88.95%) proved by pathologic examination.The caus es of abnormal endometrium were incomplete abortion(33 cases),endometritis(12 ca ses),endometrial hyperplasia and secreting adverse(98 cases),endometrial polyp a nd submucosal leiomyma(15 cases),endometrial malignant disease(11 cases).In the control group(42 cases),there were 4(9.53%) cases of incomplete abortion and oth ers did not show pathologic changes.Conclusion The diagnosis of B ultrasonography combined with pathologic examination is convenient,rapid and effective for abnormal uterine bleeding.更多还原
