【Abstract】 Using land development and consolidation invested by State in Shanxi Province as an example, we analyze the current situation of the eighteen projects in Shanxi Province and the generalized effect of the projects of 2001. At the same time, the principal problems are elaborated. We suggest that the key to implement projects is to strictly check on the feasible study and the examination and approval of projects. This paper presents appropriate countermeasures and suggestions to resolve the principal problems in implementing the projects.更多还原
