肠道线虫感染不同化疗方案的比较研究
COMPARATIVE STUDY ON DIFFERENT CHEMOTHERAPEUTIC SCHEMES OF INTESTINAL NAMETODE INFECTION IN LOW ENDEMIC AREA
【摘要】 目的 探究肠道线虫感染低度流行区群体化疗优化方案。 方法 在江苏省高邮市肠道线虫感染低度流行区选择 1个实验村 (目标化疗村 )和 2个对照村 (1个全民化疗村和 1个空白对照村 ) ,对目标化疗和集体化疗的疗效进行比较研究。化疗药物均用甲苯达唑 ,成人总剂量 60 0mg ,1.5d分 3次服 ,每次 2 0 0mg ;2~ 12岁儿童总剂量 40 0mg ,1d分 2次服 ,每次 2 0 0mg。以Kato Katz厚涂片法和透明胶纸肛拭法检查虫卵 ,评价疗效。 结果 目标化疗后人群肠道线虫感染率 (2 .0 7% )较化疗前 (8.68% )下降显著 (χ2 =10 .77,P <0 .0 1) ,其下降率 (76.15 % )高于集体化疗的下降率(5 1.2 1% ) (u =5 .67,P <0 .0 1)。空白对照的感染率变化不明显 (χ2 =0 .43 ,P >0 .0 5 )。 结论 在肠道线虫感染低度流行区 ,目标化疗与集体化疗效果相似 ,且目标化疗更经济 ,值得推广。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the chemotherapeutic scheme for treating patients infected with intestinal nametode in low endemic area. Methods The comparative study was carried out between target chemotherapy and mass chemotherapy in intestinal nametode infection low endemic area, Gaoyou City, Jiangsu Province. It is the target chemotherapy that treats people infected by parasites only with mebendazole. Mass chemotherapy means treating all people over two years except contraindication with mebendazole. Mebendazol was taken 600 mg in all, thrice and in 1.5 d each for adult and 400 mg in all, twice daily for child (2-12 years old). Kato-Katz’s thick smear and cellophane tape swab techniques were used for examining parasitic eggs to evaluate the efficacy of chemotherapeulic schemes. Results The total infection rate of intestinal nametode decreased from 8.68% before chemotherapy to 2.07% after chemotherapy in the village of target chemotherapy(χ 2=10.77,P<0.01), and its reduction rate (76.15%) was higher than that of mass chemotherapy (51.21%)(u=5.67,P<0.01). And that change of the infection rate was not distinct in control group(χ 2=0.43,P>0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of target chemotherapy is similar to that of mass chemotherapy in the low endemic area with intestinal nametode infection, and it is an economical and effective scheme for controlling intestinal nametode infection in low endemic area.
