【摘要】 目的　调查目前云南省疟疾漏报的实际情况。　方法　采用分层随机整群抽样方法 ,对疟史进行问卷调查。高、中、低乡 (镇 )中各随机抽 1个乡 (镇 ) ,在抽到的乡 (镇 )内 ,按同样的方法从高、低度流行区行政村中各随机抽取 1个行政村为调查点 ,调查对象为行政村内所有居民 (含外来人口 )。　结果　在 4个县 (市 )共调查 3 0 5 80人 ,初步查明居民中疟疾病例漏报率为 88.8% (95 %CI 87.7%～ 89.3 % ) ,其中个别行政村几乎 10 0 %漏报 ,低疟区漏报最严重达 96.4% ,医疗机构的疟疾漏报数是疫情报告数的 5倍 ,漏报率为 80 .2 % ,而私立医院漏报数是疫情报告数的 70 .8倍 ,漏报率达 98.6%。　结论　云南省疟疾漏报严重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the current situation of malaria case under-reporting in Yunnan in China. Methods Stratified random cluster sampling was applied to conduct the investigation using pre-designed and tested questionnaire. In each county surveyed,townships were classified into three groups according to malaria incidence,and then one township was selected randomly from each groups;in each selected township,administrative villages were classified into two groups according to malaria incidence,and then one administrative village was selected randomly from each group;in each selected administrative village,all the people(including mobile population) in natural villages were investigated on malaria history. Results 30 580 people were interviewed in the 4 counties. It is explored that the under-reporting rate of malaria cases in local residents was 88.8%. In some of the administrative villages, the under-reporting rates were almost 100%. In the low case reporting area,the under-reporting rate was 96.4%. The under-reporting was 5 times the reporting epdemic malaria cases in medical institutions and the under-reporting rate of medical institutions was 80.2%. The under-reporting in private medical institutions was 70.8 times the reporting epdemic malaria cases,with an under-reporting rate of 98.6%. Conclusions The under-reporting of malaria cases in Yunnan,China was severe.更多还原
