【摘要】 本研究用不同浓度的GA3 、6 BA对柠条锦鸡儿种子进行处理 ,研究两种生长调节剂对柠条种子及幼苗生长的调控作用。结果表明 :GA3 可以提高柠条种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数 ,对柠条的幼苗生长有明显的促进作用 ,并可大大提高过氧化物酶活性和活力指数 ;6 BA对柠条的幼苗生长有抑制作用 ,但可显著提高根系活力和过氧化物酶活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seeds of Caragana Korshinskii Kom. were soaked in different concentrations of GA 3 and 6-BA solution. The results showed that GA 3 can increase germinative percent, germinative energy and germinative index of Caragana Korshinskii Kom, apparently promote seedling growth, enhance peroxidase activity and vital index. 6-BA decrease the seedling height, but can obviously improve root activity and peroxidase activity of seedlings.更多还原
