【Abstract】 In this study, 9 SSR primer pairs were screened to search for the SSR loci that are suitable for testing the purity of Denhai No.11 maize hybrid, which lack a reliable laboratory method for purity testing. A polymorphic SSR loci, phil 053, has been found that could be applied to test the purity of this hybrid. A procedure featuring inexpensive equipment and ease of use has been set up for testing maize hybrid purity using SSR marker.更多还原
