阴山胡枝子种子硬实与萌发特性研究

【摘要】 阴山胡枝子种子硬实率高达94.4%,需进行种子处理。试验采用浓硫酸1、5、10、15、20、25、30min浸泡处理和100、85、70℃热水浸种处理,结果表明阴山胡枝子硬实种子浓硫酸处理20min效果最好,在25℃温度下发芽率达97.5%;温水处理以100℃的最好,在25℃温度下发芽率为55.9%。

【Abstract】 In general, the hard seed rate of the Lespedeza inschanica (Maxim)Schindl reaches to 94.4%, So it need to be treated for use. In treatment, the seeds were soaked by condensated sulfuric acid respectively for 1?5?10?15?20?25 and 30 minutes and simultaneously soaked in hot water under respective temperatures of 100?85 and 70℃.The results showedthat the best result was obtained in trial when the concentrated sulfuric acid was used for 20 minutes and the seeds soaked in hot water under 100℃.At this time,the germination percentage were recorded at 97.5% and 55.9%under 25℃respectively.
