激素对短光低温不育水稻种子培养的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了激素对短光低温不育水稻种子组织培养的影响 ,结果表明 :诱导培养基中只使用 2 ,4 - D就可以诱导出愈 ,而且诱愈率较高 ,但转分化后的植株再生率较低 ;当 2 ,4 - D与 6 - BA和 NAA搭配使用时 ,诱愈率虽降低 ,但转分化后的植株再生率提高。初步得出 ,对于短光低温不育水稻种子的组织培养 ,诱导培养基中的激素使用以 2 .0 mg/ L 2 ,4 - D,0 .5 mg/ L NAA与 1 .0 mg/ L 6 - BA的搭配较好

【Abstract】 Effect of hormone on seed culture was studied in short photoperiod low temperature induced male sterile rice. The results showed that the induction medium only containing 2,4 D was sufficient for callus formation, and the callus induction rate was very high, but the plant regeneration rate wasvery low. Wheninduction medium contained 2,4 D, 6 BA and NAA, the callus induction rate declined,but the plant regeneration rate improved. In all testing media, the induction medium with 2.0mg/l 2,4 D, 0.5mg/l NAA与1.0mg/l 6 BA was the best to seed culture in short photoperiod low temperature induced male sterile rice.
