败脂酸钙拌种+ 赤酶酸浸种复合处理对干旱胁迫下小麦生长的效应
Effect of Propenoic Acid Ca~ ( 2+) Pretreament and Gibberellic AcidMixedness on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth in Wheat
【摘要】 干旱胁迫下用败脂酸钙拌种 +赤酶酸浸种复合处理小麦种子可以提高出苗率 ,增加根冠比 ,幼苗的各项生化指标均高于对照。 8h浸种 +2 %拌种处理的出苗效果最好 ,出苗率为 94 % ,高于正常水分对照
【Abstract】 The treatment of wheat seeds by drought resistant agent could accelerate seed germination and seedling growth under drought stress, and so increased the rate of emergence and the ratio of root to canopy. After treatment by drought resistant agent, the indexes of physiology and biochemistry of wheat seedling were higher than those of ck, for this reason, the seedling could grow normally under water deficiency. The results showed that the effect of the rate of emergence on 8h pretreatment and 2% mixedness is the best,is 94%,than those of CK.
