【摘要】 本试验分析了赤霉素和 Ca2 +对适当水分胁迫下棉花种子发芽的影响 ,通过对幼苗长度、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数等五个指标的测定 ,结果表明 :赤霉素和 Ca2 + 混合液对水分胁迫下棉花种子的发芽指标均有显著影响 ,其中以 1mg/ L赤霉素与 8mmol/ L Ca2 + 混合效果最佳更多还原

【Abstract】 The test studies the effects of Ca 2+ GA mixture solution on drought hardiness of cotton seed. Under the drought condition, the seeds were dipped in different density mixture of Ca 2+ and GA. Then the seeds were grown in sand. The five indexes include the height of seedling, the germination index, the vitality index,the germination rate, the germination energy were studied. The result shows that Ca 2+ GA has significant effect on drought seeds, of which the mixture of 1 ml.L -1 GA and 8 mmol.L -1 Ca 2+ is the best.更多还原
