3种香茶菜属植物小坚果形态扫描电镜观察

【摘要】 目的 :了解香茶菜 (Isodon amethystoides)、大萼香茶菜 (I.macrocalyx)、显脉香茶菜 (I.nervosa)小坚果表面超微结构的形态差异。方法 :利用扫描电子显微镜对香茶菜、大萼香茶菜、显脉香茶菜果实表面超微结构进行观察。结果 :香茶菜属 3种植物果实表面都具有由四个细胞组成的腺鳞 ,但 3种植物果实表面都有各自独特的细微构造。显脉香茶菜和香茶菜果实表面具有非腺毛 ,大萼香茶菜果实表面则没有。显脉香茶菜果实表面非腺毛的数量明显多于香茶菜果实 ,两者非腺毛的形态又存在着差异。结论 :香茶菜、大萼香茶菜、显脉香茶菜果实的微形态存在明显差异 ,这些果实表面微观形态的差异可为品种鉴定提供依据。

【Abstract】 Abstract: Objective: To understand the morphological differences among the nutlets of Isodon amethystoides, Isodon macrocalyx and Isodon nervosa. Method: The nutlets of Isodon amethystoides, Isodon macrocalyx and Isodon nervosa were observed by scanning electron microscope. Results: The four-cell-glandular scales, which were found among the three species, are morphological different. There are non-glandular hairs on the nutlets of Isodon amethystoides and Isodon nervosa. There are not non-glandular hairs on the nutlets of Isodon macrocalyx. Additionally, there are more non-glandular hairs on the nutlets of Isodon nervosa than Isodon amethystoides. Conclusion: The nutlets of Isodon amethystoides, Isodon macrocalyx and Isodon nervosa are obviously different. The differences of nutlet coat patterns provide a new evidence for identifying species of Isodon.
