云南省3种作物品种RAPD指纹图谱的构建

【摘要】 采用 RAPD标记技术对在云南省主要种植和引种的 2 3个水稻、小麦、玉米品种构建指纹图谱 ,在种子检验中用于鉴别种子真伪。从 73个引物中分别筛选出多态性好、带型稳定的引物各 3个 ,分别检出等位基因 2 7、18、19个 ,片段大小约在 5 0 0 bp至 30 0 0 bp之间 ,建立了这 3种作物品种的 RAPD指纹图谱及相应的数字指纹 ,介绍这些品种指纹图谱出现概率的计算方法。

【Abstract】 It was established by RAPD that the fingerprinting of twenty-three varieties of rice, wheat, and maize planted and introduced, in order to distinguish truth and falseness of the varieties in Yunnan province. Three primers, which led to polymorphism and stable bands for the varieties, were selected out of seventy-three primers respectively. There were twenty-seven, eighteen, nineteen alleles detected respectively, and the range of amplified bands was between 500bp to 3000bp. RAPD fingerprinting of three crops and relevant numbered fingerprinting were finished. There was an introduction for calculating the probability of fingerprinting of the varieties.
