【摘要】 用不同浓度的青霉素、赤霉素、氢氧化钠分别处理甘草种子 2d ,12h和 3h ,在 2 5℃条件下进行萌发 ,结果表明 :青霉素对干草种子的萌发有一定的促进作用 ,低浓度 ( 10 0mg/L)效果较佳 ;赤霉素作用不明显 ;氢氧化钠对甘草种子萌发有抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seed of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch were treated with penicillin, GA,sodium hydroxide for 2d,12h and 3h respectively,onder condition of germination at 25℃. The result showed that penicillin has some effect of promoting germinaion on Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch seed,which lower concentration (100mg/L) has better effect; GA has no effect ; sodium hydroxide has some inhibiting effect.更多还原
