【摘要】 目的　探讨北京市在发生重大疫情时 ,如何保障临床安全用血和预防因输血引起的医源性医院感染。方法　对北京在 SARS期间保障临床安全用血的措施和方法进行总结和比较分析。结果　北京血液中心在SARS期间采取的应急方案 ,满足了临床安全用血。结论　在发生重大疫情时 ,通过及时有效的组织、科学有序的资源调配、安全可靠的质量保证 ,可以保障在发生各种灾害和事故时血液的安全供应 ,以预防因输血引起的医源性医院感染更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore how to assure the safety transfusion and prevention of the hospital infection when there is a severe disaster occurred. METHODS To overview and comparatively analyze the project and (proposal) of the blood supplying during the SARS epidemic period in Beijing. RESULTS All the project and (proposal) used in SARS epidemic period in Beijing were efficient for safety transfusion. CONCLUSIONS When the (epidemic) disease occurs, we can assure the blood supplying safely and prevent the transfusion transmitted disease by timely organization, scientific distribution of resources and efficient quality of management.更多还原
