【摘要】 目的　研究尿路常见细菌及导尿后尿路感染发生及解决的方法。方法　对 2 0 0 1年 6～ 12月 4 4例泌尿外科手术留置尿管的病例进行了前瞻性的研究。结果　分别对尿道口和膀胱尿 (或中段尿 )做细菌培养分离 ,发现本组细菌对多种抗菌药物耐药。结论　尿道口的细菌与尿路感染有关 ;导尿所致尿路感染与导尿管留置的时间有关 ;导尿后尿路感染是可以预防的。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the infection of urinary tract after indwelling catheterization. METHODS Forty four cases with indwelling catheterization were analyzed. RESULTS The pathogens were isolated from bacteria of urethra and urine cultures. The bacteria observed in our study had drug-resistance for many antibiotics. CONCLUSIONS Besides the bacteria of urethra resulted in urological bacterial infection, they are related with the time of indwelling catheterization. There are many methods for preventing the infection of urinary tract.更多还原
