【摘要】 目的　报道不同原因致手指多段断指再植的临床效果。　方法　对不同原因致多段离断手指 45例 81指 165段施行离断再植和进行随访 ,并对不同的致伤原因与多段离断指再植成活率和功能效果的关系进行临床分析。　结果　再植 45例 81指 165段 ,术后成活 15 0段 ,成活率 91%。其中锐器切割伤及电锯伤离断 91段 ,成活 87段 ,成活率 95 % ;挤压、绞压伤离断 74段 ,成活 63段 ,成活率85 %。术后随访 3～ 18个月 ,按断指再植功能评定标准标定 ,结果优 2 7指 ,良 43指 ,可 6指 ,差 5指 ,总优良率 86 4%。其中锐器切割伤优良 2 8指 ,优良率 94% ;电锯伤优良 18指 ,优良率 90 4% ;挤压、绞压伤优良 2 4指 ,优良率 80 %。　结论　锐器切割伤电锯伤的多段离断手指再植成活高 ,功能效果满意 ,而挤压伤、绞压伤的多段离断指再植成活率低 ,功能差 ,要提高其治疗效果需要采取更有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To report the clinical outcome of treatment of multiple level finger amputation with replantation Methods Replantation was used in 165 segments of 81 fingers in 45 ceases with multiple level finger amputation The relationship between success of operation and type of injury was analyzed Results Follow up from 3 months to 18 months,150 segments among the treated 165 segments survived,with 91% of success rate,among the 91 segments induced by cut and saw,87 segments survived,the success rate was 95% Otherwise,crushing injuries consisted of 74 segments,63 segments survived,the success rate was 85% According to TAM standard,super rate occurred in 27 fingers,good in 43 fingers The total super and good rate was 86 4%,among which 28 fingers (94%) was injured by cut,18(90 4%) by saw, 24(80%) by crushing Conclusion Success rate of replantion in mulple level finger amputation prefers cut and saw injuries to crushing injuries Improved techique should used in the treatment of crushing injury [Key words] Finger injury; Replantation; Microsurgery更多还原
