【摘要】 目的　为隐动脉膝上皮支逆行筋膜皮瓣移位术提供临床应用的可行性依据。　方法　在应用解剖研究的基础上 ,发现隐动脉在膝上发出恒定的筋膜皮支 ,具有一定的长度和供血范围 ,以此皮支为血管蒂 ,以股内侧中下段为供区 ,以收肌结节上 1 5cm为旋转轴点 ,设计了隐动脉膝上皮支逆行筋膜皮瓣 ,临床应用 3例 ,用于膝部软组织的修复。　结果　临床治疗窝部瘢痕挛缩、皮肤坏死伴骨外露 3例 ,皮瓣切取面积分别为 14cm× 8cm、2 5cm× 10cm、15cm× 10cm ,其中 1例皮瓣远端部分坏死 ,成活面积为 15cm× 10cm ,另 2例完全成活。　结论　隐动脉膝上皮支皮瓣为修复膝部及小腿上 1/ 3软组织缺损提供了一种可行的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide clinical application of retrograde fascial flap with a pedicle of superagenual cutaneous artery arising from saphenous artery. Methods Based on anatomical study, the retrograde fascial flap with a pedicle of superagenual cutaneous artery was designed to repair soft tissue defect on knee. The medial aspect of thigh was as donor site, and rotation point was at 1.5cm proximal to adductor tubercle. 3 cases were repaired with this new flap successfully. Results Three patients were treated using this flap clinically. Only one case partially necrosed at the distal partion, the others survived completely, the exture and color of the flaps were good. Conclusion Retrograde fascial flap with a pedicle of superagenual cutaneous artery arising from saphenous artery is a good operation method with the advantages of easy manipulation and consistant vessel pedicle.更多还原
