【Abstract】 The weather climate background and climate variation in the Spring of 2003 in Shaanxi is studied. It indicates that the obvious decrease of sandstorm and flying-sand in the Spring of 2003 in Shaanxi is due to upper air strong zonal circulation, weak radial circulation and previous excessive precipitation.更多还原
