【摘要】 目的　探讨转化生长因子 β1与小儿肾母细胞瘤的临床分期、病理类型及转移和预后之间的内在联系。方法　采用免疫组织化学过氧化物酶法 (SABC法 ) ,对 31例肾母细胞瘤组织标本进行转化生长因子 β1表达的检测 ,并对 2 1例患儿进行了 2年以上的随访。结果　肾母细胞瘤组织中 ,转化生长因子 β1的总阳性表达率为 38.7% ( 12 /31)。其中 ,肿瘤的临床分期之间和病理类型之间转化生长因子 β1的阳性表达均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而且与肿瘤是否发生肺部转移密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。转化生长因子 β1表达阳性者 2年生存率为 2 5 .0 % ( 2 /8) ,而表达阴性者生存率则为 92 .3%( 12 /13) ,二者比较存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　小儿肾母细胞瘤组织中存在转化生长因子 β1的高表达 ,与肿瘤的临床分期、病理类型相关 ,而且与肿瘤细胞的侵袭能力及病程密切相关。转化生长因子 β1有可能成为肾母细胞瘤预后的重要指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor-β 1 in Wilms’ tumor and it’s relationship with clinical stages, pathological types and prognosis of the tumor.Methods The expression of transforming growth factor-β 1 in 31 cases of Wilms’ tumor tissues was detected by immunohistochemical method (SABC technique), and 21 cases were followed up after operation.Results The total positive percentage of the expression of transforming growth factor-β 1 in Wilms’ tumor tissues was 38.71% (12/31). The expressions of transforming growth factor-β 1 was not only closely related with clinical stages and pathological types, but also associated with the lung metastasis of Wilms’ tumor. The survival rate of children with Wilms’ tumor was negatively correlated with the expression of transforming growth factor-β 1.Conclusions The alter expression of transforming growth factor-β 1 in Wilms’ tumor is associated with the invasive features of the tumor. It may be a potential prognostic marker in children with Wilms’ tumor.更多还原
