孔源性视网膜脱离视网膜下液EGF定量测定及意义
Quantitative measurement of EGF in subretinal fluid of patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachmant and its significance
【摘要】 目的从分子水平探讨孔源性视网膜脱离(rhegmatogenousretinaldetachmant,RRD)发生增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(proliferativevitreoretinopathy,PVR)的机制。方法用放射免疫分析方法(radioimmunoassay,RIA)对正常对照玻璃体和孔源性视网膜脱离患者视网膜下液(subretinalfluid,SRF)、表皮生长因子(epidermalgrowthfactor,EGF)含量进行测定。结果RRD组视网膜下液EGF含量高于正常对照玻璃体组含量(P<0.01);不同病程、脱离范围、裂孔数目和裂孔大小之间EGF含量均不同(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论EGF可能在PVR的病因、病理中起一定作用,是参与PVR形成的细胞因子之一,EGF可能是PVR最直接的罹患因素。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mechanism of PVR following RRD at molecue.Methods EGF concentration was quantified using RIA in vitreous of normal control and in SRF of patients with RRD.Results EGF in SRF of RRD group were much higher than that in vitreous of control group(P<0.01);EGF in SRF of RRD group were different following the change of duration of diseases,extent of RRD,number and size of the tear(P<0.01或P<0.05).Conclusion The results suggest that EGF possibly plays a role in cause and pathology of PVR and is one of cytokine taking part in the form of PVR and that EGF may be the last and direct attack of PVR.
